These terms cover your use of this store, which is operated by Hermes. By browsing the store or placing an order you accept them. Hermes is responsible for these terms and for the orders placed here.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when Hermes confirms it, and a contract is formed at that point.

An order may be declined — for example if an item is unavailable, if the price was listed incorrectly, or if payment cannot be taken. If an order is declined after payment, it is refunded in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the store’s listed currency. Delivery charges and any taxes are shown before you confirm the order.

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor.

Delivery

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns and refunds

Faulty or incorrect items are put right — replaced or refunded — once Hermes has been told about the problem.

Nothing in these terms removes the statutory rights you have as a consumer where you live.

Made-to-order and personalised items

Items printed or made to your own design or specification are produced for you alone and cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind. This does not apply where the item arrives faulty or is not what you ordered.

You are responsible for any artwork or text you supply, and you confirm that you have the right to use it.

Digital products

Digital items are licensed to you for your own use. You may not redistribute or resell them.

Access to a digital item begins as soon as payment clears, which ends the right to cancel it.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break into, overload, or interfere with this store, and do not use it for anything unlawful.

Accounts used for fraud or abuse may be closed.

Our content

The text, images, and designs on this store belong to Hermes or to its suppliers, and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Beyond that, the liability of Hermes for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated, and the current version is always the one published on this page. The terms that apply to your order are the ones in force when you placed it.
